Without a driver’s license or insurance, he drove with three goats tied in his car

Three chained goats were discovered aboard a Peugeot vehicle late Monday afternoon in Tourcoing. The driver was arrested.

The police in Tourcoing made an astonishing discovery late in the afternoon, Monday. While carrying out a traffic check, they stopped a Peugeot vehicle. It was the 37-year-old driver no license or insuranceand the vehicle was without MOT.

But more surprising were the contents of the vehicle. Inside, it’s nothing less than three goats, tied by the legs, there has been found. The three goats were cared for by the Animal Protection Association. The driver was placed in police custody for lack of driver’s license, insurance and transport of animals.
