At the opening of the pleadings of the civil parties in this fifth and penultimate week of the trial, the lawyer for victims Mr Marc Ceccaldi did not spare the ex-dentist Lionel Guedj, judged with his father for mutilations committed on some 350 patients.
“You are a mutilator and a simulator”, he said denounced before the criminal court of Marseille.
