At the end of July 2022, CNP Assurances announced the acquisition of Swiss Life France’s shares in Assuriance. The Danish Competition Authority is investigating the operation and is giving itself until mid-November to collect comments on this takeover.

Last July, as stipulated in the 2012 shareholder agreement, CNP Assurances announced the acquisition by Swiss Life France of 34% of the capital of Assuristance, Filassistance International’s holding company, to become its sole shareholder.

Since Friday 21 October, the Competition Authority has been investigating this takeover of the assistance company (people and cars) and PJ from the CNP Assurances / La Banque Postale group. The gendarme thus gives itself until November 16 to collect third-party comments on this operation.
