Christmas is already here in the Traon patisserie in Morlaix (Finistère). Some of the chocolates are ready in the windows. Well-tuned, regular, almost all identical, while hand-crafted, they inspire gluttony. “We started preparing them at the beginning of October. Small individual chocolates are what we do first », describes Stéphane Traon, co-manager with his wife Jacqueline Traon. They have been installed in the viaduct’s city since 1983.
