BCF Business Lawyers

The 18th edition of the Fondation Jeunes en tête’s Valentine’s Day Ball took place on Thursday, April 28. Partner and lawyer, Nathalie Gagnon, attended this event along with Éric Bujold, President of National Bank Private Wealth Management 1859. They were both present as honorary co-presidents for the evening.

Since 2004, the Bal de la Saint-Valentin has brought together several personalities from the Montreal business community who wish to express their support for young people in the cause of mental health.

On May 26, Danny Galarneau of Fasken will be alongsideAndreea Norocel to discuss new federal mandatory disclosure rules for reportable tax transactions as well as provincial rules coming into effect in 2021.

This training is presented by the Canadian Bar Association, Quebec Division.

Add to this event the next edition of Effervescence, the meeting of the future of life sciences which will take place on May 10, 11 and 12.

Jean-Nicolas Delage will be there to talk about open innovation and intellectual property on May 10.

The firm confirms the appointment of one of its lawyers, Sue Wangon BIXI Montreal’s Board of Directors.
