After 18 months of work in its offices, the primary health fund, the social service and the health research center return to their premises on the rue de la Prairie in Elbeuf. Users will be welcomed there from Monday 6 February 2023.

For 18 months, the primary health fund, the social service and the health research center had taken up residence at the town hall in Elbeuf, the time to carry out various works in the offices. They have been completed and users will be welcomed back on rue de la Prairie from Monday 6 February 2023 at 13.15.
For quick procedures, a self-service area and a self-service terminal are available. To benefit from personal support, the reception of the public is by appointment; policyholders are encouraged to go to their ameli account, the “my agenda, make an appointment” section.
Online procedures
More than 40 online procedures are available with the ameli account: track refunds, payment deadlines, download documents with a single click (certificate of rights, statement of unemployment benefits, etc.), order a Vitale card, etc.
The online document filing page allows you to send documentation for requests for targeted benefits (in PDF format*): work stoppages, medical certificates about an occupational accident or occupational disease, etc.
Open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 12.00pm and from 1.15pm to 4.30pm.
