It was a noisy exhaust pipe that led to the owner of a Polo being summoned to court.
On Saturday, January 7, 2023, around 01:00, the police therefore arrested rue des Quinconces, in Évreux, this 29-year-old Euro driver, whose driving was not the most discreet.
1.82 grams of alcohol
Not only was the exhaust faulty, but the vehicle was uninsured and missing MOT. And the driver was driving drunk with 1.82 grams of alcohol per liter of blood, and despite having his driving license revoked!
Faced with this series of offences, the police took the driver into custody. He will have to appear before the Évreux court on November 15, 2023.
