The benefits to stakeholders of embracing this new vision. For the insurance companies, it will be a matter of moving quickly, of establishing their credibility and therefore of establishing a relationship of trust between insurance companies and policyholders.

It is not necessary for the user to move. From his “smartphone” type phone, he has his certificate via e-mail, WhatsApp.

During a routine check, the law enforcement agent in the field only needs to interrogate his terminal by scanning the QR code to confirm the authenticity of the document or proceed to the verification through a USSD code. All this to optimize their work.

Migration to digital, in addition to speed, will provide an answer to the fight against fraud, non-insurance and quick support for victims of accidents of Traffic on the public highway it will still be necessary to have a smartphone and an almost permanent mobile internet connection, which is very far from being a reality for the vast majority of Ivorians.

The digital equipment of law enforcement agencies must also be in working order at all times. All indications are that the classic certificate will remain in use for the control.

Even if the digital systems are fallible like all others, we also learn that the State of Côte d’Ivoire would also find there at its expense, since this initiative fromASA-CI would be in line with the national strategy security way.

Finally, it should be remembered that given a reputation for complications and non-reimbursement, Ivorian policyholders are reluctant to approach their insurance companies in the event of an accident.
