Casper Nielsen spoke to the press on Tuesday. He did it before the Champions League match against FC Porto.
As a dress rehearsal before Wednesday’s game, Club Brugge lost two points after trailing 0-2 against ten-man Union. “Right after the game it was difficult. Of course we all expected to win,” said the Danish midfielder. “We analyzed it and we know what we should have done better.”
“Now we have to look to the next game,” added Nielsen. This next match is a Champions League match at home against Porto. “Against Atletico Madrid we gave a great performance,” Nielsen started. “We all feel like we’re ready for this game,” Nielsen said.
FC Porto also failed to win last weekend. During the shock against Benfica, the club’s opponents saw a poor performance: Porto lost 0-1.
