In her new functions, the latter will be especially responsible for“support and coordinate internal management bodies (Management Committee, Comex, etc.). She will also manage all internal structural developments of the group and its current and future units, and will oversee the external acquisition processes and the integration of new subsidiaries into our operational flows such as information sharing and ‘learnings’, a statement read.
