Pursuant to article L. 621-8 of the Monetary and Financial Law and 231-23 of its general rules, the AMF has, pursuant to its decision on compliance with the simplified public tender offer (the ” Offer “) dated January 24, 2023, affixed visa No. 23-026 to the information memorandum prepared by Abeille Assurances Holding (the ” Information note “).
In accordance with the provisions of articles 231-28 of the AMF’s general regulations, the information relating in particular to the legal, financial and accounting characteristics of Abeille Assurances Holding (the ” Document Other information ”) was filed with the AMF on 25 January 2023 and made available to the public today.
